A child's mental health matters so we created a program where youth, ages 14-18 years old will be provided with the skills and tools needed to to improve their mental health and self acceptance. Self Care Saturday by Philly Youth will provide Philadelphia's youth with unique workshops every Saturday for 6 weeks. Each workshop will focus on fitness, yoga, meditation, journaling, building professionalism skills and more.
We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers who have a passion for improving lives. If you are interested, please fill out an application and someone will contact you within 24-48 hours.
